Al-Hajry Overseas (AHO) is pleased to announce that it has begun a decentralization initiative in regards to the management of its main branches located at Dammam, Riyadh and Jeddah. This initiative will be of great benefit to all employees and customers of AHO. Decentralization will result in immediate approvals for most human resources requests at each branch office. Customers will see a streamlined approach for project management as minor purchases and staff management decisions will be carried out without central office approval. AHO will be dispatching additional trained clerical staff to the local offices and setting up back office systems Kingdom wide, so that each location will be able to fully support this initiative. Arrangements will be finalized for our Riyadh office in April and for AHO Jeddah at a later stage.We welcome your comments on these new management practices. |
